At Cazewear, we strive to provide high-quality print-on-demand products made just for you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Processing
All our products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or modifications after the order is confirmed.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are custom printed, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product significantly differs from the description on our website.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size selection by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:

A replacement will be processed at no additional cost, OR

A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refund details:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the amount
4. Non-Delivery / Lost Orders
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe:
