At Cazewear, we strive to provide high-quality print-on-demand products made just for you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing

All our products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or modifications after the order is confirmed.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom printed, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product significantly differs from the description on our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be processed at no additional cost, OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund details:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the amount

4. Non-Delivery / Lost Orders

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 7 days from the expected delivery date

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable
